We’ve spent 3 days in Umbria and had some lovely meals and good wine… but this is the best we have had so far. Chef Stephano, who speaks good enough English and fluent French, went out of his way to explain everything to us. For an area that is short of fish dishes he had tuna and amberjack on his menus. We had a great meal, good wine and he spent time explaining everything to us. If you’re in the area, this restaurant is a must!!!
